Delete your account

1. Open Brim and sign in.
2. Tap You in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Or sign in on the web and go to usebrim.app/profile.

Your profile and display name, your sign-in credentials, your notification subscriptions, your reminders, and your saved scans are deleted immediately and permanently.

If you are the only person in your household, the household's events, to-dos, notes, shopping list, meal plans, recipes, family members, rewards, templates, and share links are deleted with it.

If someone else is still in your household, that shared content stays so they don't lose their calendar — your personal account and data are still removed, and you are taken off the household.

Deletion happens right away. Routine encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 30 days before they roll over, after which nothing remains.

Email support@usebrim.app from your account's email address and we will delete it for you.
